Victoria Park House
This beautiful Federation home, which is over a 100 years old, had been well cared for but was ready for an update. A new kitchen, substantial pantry and laundry was added to the house. The existing living and dining rooms were expanded and an ensuite and robe were created for the master bedroom. Outside there were substantial works to verandahs, carport and the landscaping.
Reclaimed and recycled elements feature throughout, as well high quality timber detailing. Working together with the enthusiastic clients, we were able to preserve and enhance the period features of the house, whilst giving it modern functionality for a working farm.
